Returns & Refunds Policy

     DIGITBLUE provides full refunds for qualified book and merchandise returns within 30 calendar days of purchase and provides partial refunds for products returned past 30 calendar days of purchase. In general, refunds are issued within one weeks of receipt of returned goods. The return policy described herein outlines what is accepted for returns and  how to complete a return with DIGITBLUE.
Returns of New and Unopened Items within 30 Calendar Days
     Returns of new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DIGITBLUE are accepted within 30 calendar days returned in their original product packaging with a copy of the original invoice
Returns and Refunds of Goods As a Result of Our Error or a Defective Product
     Products purchased by DIGITBLUE incorrectly due to our error or found to be defective are considered for full refund if requested within 30 calendar days of purchase. Qualified returns receive refunds for the purchase price, shipping and handling fees, and any shipping fees associated with returning the product to DIGITBLUE.
Partial Refunds
     The following conditions and exceptions apply for items that are not in their original shrink wrapping and/or are returned after 30 days upon purchase.
Partial refunds/Restocking Fees
     Any unopened item in its original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item’s price.
Any item that has obvious signs of use but is still usable: 50% of item’s price.
Any item that has defection but is still usable accept: 30% ~80% of item’s price.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
Returns must include a copy of the original invoice, returnees’ name, address, phone number, and email address, and be mailed to:

Items That Are Not Eligible For a Refund Under Any Circumstances
DIGITBLUE does not accept returns of the following items:
Items purchased from sellers other than DIGITBLUE.
Items without the original invoices issued provided.
Items that have been damaged beyond use.
Items that belongs to Software, Book, Source code, Songs library, VIP points etc.
Returns requested three or more months after the original date of purchase.
How Refunds are Processed:
     Items ordered via credit card and check are processed within 4 weeks of providing your package to the return shipper.
This time period includes:
5 to 15 business days for DIGITBLUE to receive the return from the shipper
3 to 5 business days for DIGITBLUE to process the return
The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for more details)
We'll inform you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
     If you paid by credit card/bank account, your refund will go to your credit card/bank account after your return is processed in 3-5 business days (up to 10 business days for bank account refunds).
     If you paid by PayPal account, your refund will go to your Paypal account immediately after we've received and processed the returned item
